Consistency and Longevity: From Brand Design to Design Lead


After a big merger and an expansion of services, Exela Technologies needed to step up its brand presence. The company lacked strong brand recognition, and its identity felt a bit scattered. They needed a more cohesive look and feel—both online and in their marketing—to reflect their new direction.


I was initially brought on to elevate brand awareness and recall on social media. As my role evolved, I led a comprehensive rebranding initiative, developing a modern, scalable brand system that reflected Exela’s innovation and industry leadership.
One of the challenges we faced was a consistent brand look and feel across a global market. In addition to a comprehensive brand guide, we defined and built a library of icons and imagery across all solutions and sectors that could be referenced by marketing and sales teams to ensure brand cohesion.
